Late
I travel into the unknown

my heart will find the way

With my eyes as my compass

and my legs as my steed

I know not where I am going

I cannot see the path

but when I get there I know

I will be there at last

I travel into the unknown

and the day is getting late

the stars have lit my footsteps

and the moon guides my feet

but I am getting tired

and I still have a ways to go

and the journey is so long

through many miles of snow

I travel into the unknown

with nature as my friend

I’ve covered many miles

before I’ll reached the end

And I can see the way now

it won't be long to wait

and I am really tired

and it is getting late.
